First time seeing one of those. Like something James Bond had in the 60's. That video would be so much better if the pickup had started rolling like a Coke bottle rolling to the side of the road.

How about a vehicle deployed weapon that fires an electrode of some high energy type that zaps the cars electrical/electronic system(s) and brings it to a stop.
Not sure if it would effect the driver/passengers, but we could cross that bridge when we get to it.
