Damn didn’t know you could get charges for that. On spring break one year, my roommates and I got kicked out of the hotel for throwing chairs and whiskey bottles off the balcony. We were on the 20th floor

She looks incredibly short.
Tall people have long necks in proportion to their bodies. Short people have short necks even in proportion to their bodies.
It's an easy way to estimate someone's height just from a shoulder-up picture.
I'd guess that chick is 5'0 at most.
