I'm qualified to say that climate changes. And it was even changing when man din't exist. Think about that.

Seems to me like Pluto was strategically placed in our Solar System to aid in man's journey across the universe.
It's our last known "local" water reservoir which we could potentially use for fuel and hydration.
It's all adding up (in my opinion).
God put us here to one day leave, and he created our solar system as a slingshot delivery system to help us reach the stars, and our system is loaded with planetary objects vital to help us reach the stars.

God is a prankster unless one of the moons out there is made of bread.

Who cares how it is classified?? It is still quite fascinating and hard to fathom the distance and size of it.

This might be mildly far fetched, but why not this: When this solar system had a hotter sun, Pluto was a living planet like earth. As it cooled down, life on Pluto fazed out but Mars became inhabitable. Then when it got too cold on Mars, Earth became inhabitable.
I'm just throwing this out for discussion. It certainly is possible.

Best use would be to try to use propulsion to guide it to our moon. With all of that water you could create an atmosphere on the moon.

Pluto's orbit, and other Kuiper Belt Objects, have always been well outside of our solar system's frost line. Being outside of the frost line is the reason that the gas giants and ice giants were able to form and accumulate so much mass.

The sun may have been warmer when it first formed, but never hot enough to warm Pluto to that degree.

The sun is currently getting warmer. In 500 million years, it will be hot enough to boil the earth's oceans.
