You are correct about one thing- beliefs on vaccination and COVID have certainly turned into a religion for some, but I only recall one side believing vaccination was the mark of the beast.

Wow. This is a policy / an announcement that I've been hoping for for a long time.
It will be interesting to see how successfully it is implemented. The ideologues of different stripes can be very dedicated to presenting their opinions and I don't see them going quietly into that good night.
