What I don't understand is how they have millions of dollars of cocaine, but wrap it in cheap cellophane/Saran Wrap. Seems like they would invest in a foodsaver to get it airtight and waterproof. Or are they moving so much coke where it doesn't matter?

It's part of the 2 tons the Coast Gaurd cutter had "accidentally" sink on them while towing the sub with 8 tons on it a month or so ago.
