Bruno is not in the mix. Motta brought in multiple
other attorney’s as co-counsel likely to not make it obvious that a 30 year old new attorney had dozens of 18 wheeler accidents. The co-counsels while part of the stayed actions, came in long after anything happened.
While the co-counsels surely exercised poor judgment they were not part of the scheme.
