The attorney who prompted this entire thing was discussed at length in a thread a month ago. And it's a she. An "actress" from Miami who gets out of law school and suddenly has 150 18 wheeler cases in state and federal court. Who would have spotted any red flags?

He has been subpoenaed in connection with a number of the cases stayed by the court, as noted in the article Demshoes linked.

That's Peppi Bruneau. Not related.
Bruno & Bruno is a big PI firm. His son Chris is a judge at CDC. Joe fell on the sword for some other big names a while back and had a brief suspension.
