Both gas stations off the lobdell exit across the river have gas with manageable lines currently. If y’all can make it out this way.

Don't forget. Depending on where you are and what your gas situation is, you can always take the ferry to and from Plaquemine. By this time the ferry traffic isn't busy from now until about 3PM.

Shell on Perkins in front of Oak Hills has gas. The line is all the way down to Iberville Terrace though.

I just passed the expensive as frick bocage station and they appear to have gas. Huge lines, though. And knowing them it’s over $5 a gallon...

Lots of high school and college aged kids still use mom and dad’s credit cards.

You just answered your own question. They have those high prices because there is demand there to justify it.

Convenience. Traffic gets bad there, and you can drive along corporate or Jefferson all the way from college past bluebonnet before you find another gas station on the right hand side of the road.

I was able to get yesterday in Port Allen at a place on 415. In and out under 10 minutes.

Racetrac on Perkins and Essen must have just got gas because they didn't have any earlier this morning. They have it now though.

Drove down Nicholson to downtown to get to work today. It looked like the Exxon on Nicholson/Gardere had gas when I went by around 9:00 a.m. There was a line of cars about 10 deep at the pumps. No lines at the Chevron on Nicholson/Ben Hur. Not sure if they had gas and no lines or if they were out of gas. Same for the gas station next to Southgate on Nicholson - no lines, but not sure if they had gas or not. The gas station on Nicholson close to downtown (where shots were fired yesterday) looked to have gas with cars about 10 deep in line. This was all around 9:00 a.m. this morning. That's all I got for you.

I’ve seen a couple of places in Denham/Watson area 20 cars deep.
