He almost assuredly will be fired from Dominos. They make it pretty explicit that you're not allowed to carry a weapon while on the job.
Full disclosure - I delivered pizzas for 3 weeks in college.
ETA: It's possible Dominos has changed the policy. The article makes it seem like he still has a chance to return to work.
