When that judge started the order to bus kids all over the Damn place. Destroyed the entire school system so that they would all be equally bad.

John Parker. It was in 86 or around there but it took a decade for it to really have the full effect which was white flight to the burbs.

Actually, I have to agree with you. Once he destroyed the neighborhood schools, parental involvement went to shite for those that needed it most. Kind of hard for a parent with no vehicle to get a lift from downtown to Woodlawn for a PTA meeting.
