We had a TV just like that but the fabric over the speakers on each side was blue.
That poor girl probably went blind because my parents told us if we sat that close we would go blind.

That pic of the gal in the bathroom putting on eye makeup and sporting the Beehive Hairdo has me smelling the vapor cloud of hairspray that got it to that level of "HUGE".

I'm surprised girls in the 80s didn't have their hair go up in a ball of fire every time they lit a heater.
