The one on the right looks just like Catherine Bell. She was born in Iran. It could be her mother or older sister

You don’t know where those fingers have been.
It was rumored that she burned her hand trying to read a waffle iron….?

Monsanto’s House of the Future: A Plastic Dream of Tomorrow in Photos
Rising from Tomorrowland in 1957, Monsanto’s House of the Future presented an optimistic vision of how plastics and industrial innovation could redefine the American home.
Sleek, elevated, and unmistakably modern, it functioned as both a technological showcase and a statement about postwar confidence in progress.
The House of the Future was created through a collaboration between Disneyland, Monsanto, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Lived near within a short bicycle ride from the beach track before the Daytona Speedway was opened. Now it is all condos.
Dad grew up in Daytona in 30/40's and used to talk about the race drivers having "fun" in city streets when they were in town. Used to go to Daytona every summer for vacation
Only lived there a couple of years '59 through '61, but my parents ran a boat marina and I had the run of the river with rental fishing boats when I was 10 and 11. Fond memories.
Went back for a short vacation last summer. The beach is mostly gone.
Had some good eats under the Port Orange Bridge.

I am confident that you are correct. She was popular in Japan and her wall poster bikini ads for Sapporo Beer surely inspired young boys' imaginations. Phoebe did have some Asian heritage, which some associated with Japan, but her maternal ancestor was born in Shanghai, and was Chinese/Filipino. This is her sister Valerie.
