Really depends on what your major is. The only reason it catches so much shite and is ranked so low any time rankings come out is because of our joke admission standards we have to abide by.
There's a reason a ton of freshmen flunk out or drop out after the first year.

Definitely SMU IMO. If SMU had a major football program still, it'd pretty much be the perfect southern-ish school.

I went to TCU
Keep in mind that TCU is about 75% greek and is full of rich dbag guys who think they are awesome because their dad is rich, and stuck up girls who only care about money.
The girls get better as they become juniors and seniors, the guys not so much
I only went to TCU because I was there to play sports, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. It's too expensive and unless you are greek you might have a hard time finding your social niche.
I had a good time at TCU but I think that was more to the fact I played football there and was in that social circle than the school being any good.
Lots of hot girls at TCU but they are stuck up when they are freshman and sophomores. Most of them mature and grow up once they become juniors though

No offense to UT (I think it's a beautiful campus and area of the country), but how are they on that list? Seems like a mixture of LA and East TX schools, so Tennessee strikes me as a bit of an outlier in that regard. Just curious, does he have friends going there or did his parents go there?

Incorrect. I know of people who have recently gotten in with a 19 and a 20.
