I could see the logic behind that. Only hill I'm willing to die on is that if I only got to choose one, it's the rats and it's not close.

50 hawks could safely fly me away to a good bar for an hour while everybody else on the ground fights each other. If I could survive Everclear with a tequila chaser I could easily survive an hour in a bar with water down drinks.

The obvious answer is missing from the list. If I've learned anything from watching police documentaries it's that a school of Tuna can wipe out an entire pride of lions. Even the rats wouldn't stand a chance.

50 hawks to distract and annoy the larger animals and 3 brown bears because nothing is standing in the way of 4500 lbs of bear. The only problem is the hunter and the rats. A sniper takes you out in a couple seconds unless there is cover, so a couple hawks have to be dedicated to not letting him get off a clean shot. The bears can kill all of the larger animals fairly quickly, but 10,000 rats are a problem even for 50 hawks (that's 200 rats per hawk) minus any you can kill with your feet.
