When I moved out of Philly in 2009 to the burbs as even then I saw the city on a way course toward disaster, some of my liberal friends berated me and basically cut me off.
Guess who is now moving to the burbs?!! Ha! My house has appreciated over 50% this year - no joke. Liberals have destroyed Philly and I think it’s a generation or two from coming back and I don’t GAF!
Of course, I’m well aware that my town will turn to crap in another generation as they bring their voting habits with them but again, don’t care as I’ll be gone again.
