Yes because not having law enforcement would work out so freaking well.
When law enforcement couldn’t get to areas in Nola during Katrina and there were groups of black folks basically riding around those areas like it was the Wild West.
That ain’t what those people want. They think so till a group with guns runs their neighborhood and they become slaves to their own people.
