There is a huge one right in front of our neighborhood that hasn't been there too long. There's also a dead coyote next to it. I wonder if he messed up his grill

Yeah, I was at that Racetrac last night around 7. Needless to say, I took care of my business and got the hell out directly. Lots of skeevy characters hanging around.

This was bound to happen eventually. Between Boil and Roux and Quarters/the Grind, the parking lots are packed most weekend nights. The cops have to sit in the Racetrac parking lot to keep people from hanging out/parking there. Lake Sherwood residents had a meeting with Councilwoman Amaroso to discuss the loud noise and shenanigans going on there. I'm sure nothing came from it. She's mostly incompetent. Now I am sure the resident complaints will get kicked up a notch. I imagine there will be more police presence on weekend nights.

BR has had issues for years but Katrina caused a lot of them to metastasize because people were no longer pigeonholed to certain areas.
