Had to euthanize. She was suffering and declined rapidly. Just a sad day.

Trying to remember the good times.

I will be completely honest, I cry like a baby when my pet dies. If a person dies I can be stone cold, show no emotion. I have certain ways to deal with it..

But when I had to put my last dog down (6 years ago) I cried like a baby. For a few days. Pretty much went get another puppy right after because it just doesn't feel right to be without a dog.

Brutal man. Sorry to hear that.

I had to bring mine in not long
ago for emergency surgery and I was a mess. Never thought I'd be so damn attached to an animal.

For sure man. We had to bring ours in on Monday morning due to bleeding and vomiting over night. I just knew it was that time. Luckily the vet disagreed and he was able to get her stable. However, the old girl's 14, I know it's just a matter of time.

Sorry for your loss. A good dog can be such a good companion. More often than not, more than most people in this world.

Like family. Many times, they're better than family.
