Nick Johnson is a YouTube guy I follow who did the villages tour a while back. He was recently in Louisiana/Arkansas/Mississippi. If you’re into Santenello, give Nick Johnson a watch.

I’ve known 2 people who moved there. Both returned to where they came from within a year. Neither liked it.

It looks like paradise for extroverted salesmen types and people from the northeast/Midwest. I think I would prefer a few acres and a garden with peace and quiet.

The whole STD story was not true. Just a comment from one OB/Gyn doctor. People have run with it. No higher than anywhere else in Florida.

Admittedly that’s my main draw. Like 27 courses and expanding, all of them free?
