Whole thing doesn't even acknowledge some cultures are fine with dog some aren't with pig others aren't with cow. But are fine with others.

In Nice France, I had Andouille Sausage, except it was horse, not pork.
The smell and taste....there wasn't enough strong mustard to mute either.
The head chef was irate when I asked why it wasn't pork.

People eat bear and cougar. Hell, I've known people that ate raccoon and fox before.
If they moved that rabbit to the right of the horse, that would be pretty damn accurate for me. Except for that far right line that is. I'd rather eat the cat before trying to deal with some crazy vegan chick, no matter how hot she is.
