One of my peeves! If its a woman I usually step back out of her way, but exaggerate it so she understands. If its a guy, I have no problem forcing my way out and forcing him into the side of the doorway.
Those people are also usually those who step out of a crowded elevator and stop 3 feet outside the door.

Just stand a few inches from the door before it opens up. You might get bumped a few times but I guarantee the other person will feel like a putz. Did this in a building I used to work in and it really cut down on the morons rushing in.
