Who actually thinks that, though? I could see someone thinking it's healthier than the burger joints but I don't think that many people believe any fast food is healthy.
Well that goes back to the conditioning.
Eating fried chicken and fries is not healthier than me eating a burger and fries.
But plenty of people think that.
Also sauces can be loaded with sugars, which people tend to ignore.
eating healthy at chick fil a means getting grilled nuggets and water.

I don't know a single person who thinks it healthy even if they eat it all the time

You have no idea what you’re bitching about.

Did you see that thread yesterday with the cotton candy "burrito"? It is a bunch of other candy piled on a pile of cotton candy and rolled up like a burrito. It is a regular menu item, albeit at a ballpark. We are all in on this ride, baw.
I did and just looking at that gave me a stomach ache...fricking wild. I don't even think that it's because people want it...it's one of those thing people buy just to take a picture of it and post that they're eating it.

if you are just getting the nuggets and light on the sauce, it probably is better than eating a burger. 12 count nugs is 40g protein at 160 calories, your average fast food burger is ~4x the calories and less protein
the fries are what really get you.
There is nothing wrong with MSG. Hell it is very common in your average cajun kitchen (not a barometer of health, just saying you likely eat it regularly if anyone around you uses Tony's)

I can’t believe anyone still buys that garbage.
-shrinkflation sandwiches
-overpriced (now like $12 for a combo)
-CFA has gone woke (stopped donations to religious charities, published and ESG report, CEO groveling for antifa)
And yet NPCs continue to line up for it thinking it’s somehow “based.”
Plus they all cause traffic nightmares from all the fatties sitting in the drive throughs.

You have not mentioned their.....size, which is interesting to me

Melt.
Chick-fil-A is God's food.
Are they hot?

A cool wrap with not too much dressing and grilled nuggets are perfectly fine

CFA gives lots of money to religious charities and Lecrae has nothing to do with Antifa

Posted on 8/7/24 at 12:05 pm to Tommy Noble
I saw that somewhere about a month ago. Yet people eat that shite
Posted on 8/7/24 at 12:11 pm to Tommy Noble
No more retarded than people who go to ANY fast food joint and est a chicken sandwich because it's healthy..
Posted on 8/7/24 at 12:17 pm to Tommy Noble
The grilled chicken and the market salad with light vinaigrette are a good choice and pretty tasty and filling too. In 22 I ate them constantly to lose 25 lbs.

Probably wouldn't eat every day, but if I'm out of food I prepped at home I'll get a 12ct and 8ct of grilled nuggets and a fruit cup

They’re prob fricking it up with fries, but a chicken sandwich will help you hit daily macros.
25ish grams out of 80 fat
30-35 grams of protein out of 120 total
40ish grams of carbs
If you’re a reasonably active person there’s nothing wrong with this once a week or so
