People who drive 15 under should be ticketed as much as people who drive 15 over

Someone doing 45 in a 60 on the interstate is much more disruptive than someone doing 75 in a 60, n'est-ce pas?

Not posted in Louisiana at least, but 45 is usually a listed minimum on the highway in other states.

Interstate highway do have a minimum speed, but what's annoying is when the morons you describe are in the left lane.

Minimum speed on the interstate is 45. I'll get in the right lane do whatever in the frick I want to do as long as it's within the rules of the interstate.

You can typically get around them easy enough on the interstate
What irrationally angers me is when people go 5-10 mph under the posted limit on surface streets where you can’t go around them

It should not be a speed limit, it should be a posted speed and you can drive +/- 5mph...
