People who are coughing and spitting on others- Protect with Lethal force?

We've read stories of nut jobs coughing and chasing people in stores claiming they have corona.
At what point is some southern or TX baw gonna draw his weapon and shoot because he claims he feared for his life with this Corona stuff? If you're 65+, it seems legitimate to me.

If I was 65+ and in a store and somebody was chasing me and coughing, I'd shoot them before they got closer. 15%+ death rate for folks in that age range.

Fortunately, the risk of this happening is much lower since the majority of people packing in Walmart think this is isn't as bad as the flu.
