My desk faced the wall, one of my bosses would stand behind me so close that I was terrified if I moved I would bump “him”. Creeped me out.

Where do some of yall work? frick that I can stand being micro managed. SOPs are there for a reason. Just put em on paper if that's how they want it done. I'm not working some place that I got some body just watching me all the time

Sounds like a nightmare, get a mirror and clamp it to your monitor Baw.
It could be worse, I had a cube by the women's restroom one time. The building restaurant had Enchilada Wednesday and about 1:30 pm the stampede of fats going in and out to crap left a disgusting aroma that wafted it's way through the office.
