You forgot to add 3/4" stucco on your wall section and thickness of slab. Also, don't forget to show vapor barrier under slab.

I didn't draw these. Its a project I may or not bid. As you can see, the plans are a wreck, which means the project will most probably be a wreck.

They are a wreck b/c the drawings are incomplete. The architect is probably lazy af or not a good one.

On topic, I don't carry and bring personal items to the office for 2 reasons: I'm afraid that one day they will "disappear" (25 people work here) and I do not like to show what I like or what I am a fan of to other people. That usually attracts unwanted conversations and I hate it when I am working and people interrupting me to talk sh!t.

Now at home, I have a 120 sq. ft. studio that I do not have more wall space to display stuff. I have signed albums, cd's, posters, lithographs, photos, signed box sets, concert tickets, tour books, LP's, football helmets, and a turntable. I'm exploring the option of ceiling space

Anyways, my home studio is my man cave and when I freelance there, it is total relaxation for me.

how is it any different than having LSU stuff on my walls in my home office? Im in my work office 40 hours a week so why not put it up?

I just feel like it's a little lame to go full on sports decoration. If you're a fan of a certain team, by all means, have one or two things as conversation starters, but full-on sports decorations seems kind of sad to me. To each his own though.

It’s a place of business. Sure, put a picture of your family on your desk if you really think that’s necessary (I’m not sure why), but there is no need for all your sports memorabilia and fish and game mounts to be scattered around and hung on the walls.

Rant over.

My office is sorta like my man cave so I'll decorate it the way I want....it's just attached to my house so I have to drive to it....but my home office is lame as frick....I need step up my WFH space. Im currently set up in the dining room, but I have lots of windows, a 70" TV in the next room that's in my line of site, a wet bar and fridge...it's just plane jane. The best is that I get to watch all the MILFs walking their dogs letting them shite in my yard and pushing baby strollers all day letting them shite in my yard.

At least they arent like Glassman, they actually pick their dogs shite up

Companies and businesses are focusing more on meeting spaces than offices.

It’s getting more and more rare to actually have people in your personal office for business. You use the conference room.

So within reason, set your office up in whatever way helps you not go insane sitting in it day after day.

They're incomplete. Plus the drawings aren't scaled correctly, making estimating a huge pain in the arse. Bad plans normally equal a bad project. In this case, I normally pad my proposal with a ton of extra money.
