In Arkansas, the government owns the 25 feet of property from the center line of a two-lane road up to your property. Two fiber optic cable companies schooled me on this.

Call the number and advise them if you have any more signs on your property that you will respond by posting signs on their property that discourage them conducting business. Like “Abortion Clinic here” or “Pedophiles for America”. Then do it!

They are perfect for attaching targets and sighting in guns at the camp.

It amazes me how many times I wonder how posters here make it to adulthood.

You’re asking if you’re right to pick up unwanted signs someone put in your yard/easement? If someone throws a McDonald’s bag in your yard, is it ok to throw it away?
