I was in your same situation, but the guy who did have pull was scared of the guy who brought in the jobs. There was no way out so I left, biz went belly up within six months.

May have to big dog it then. Organize your shite and to meet. But first start job hunt unless your job field is fairly easy to move, lot of opening and options. There’s risk there.

Start saying this has become a hostile work environment. Use this phrase constantly. Also drop words like whistleblower, harassment, and discrimination. Also, start telling every other person that you’re a friend of Putin.
