Why are they playing word games with this guy? Sexual intercourse is something you do when you hook up with someone. He RAPED a 4 yo tell it like it is.

I am of the belief that once a prisoner is out of prison and back on the streets, every one their rights should be restored.
With that said I dont believe they should have let him out.

If that was my child, there would be no story here because I would have blown his arse away at some point in time between the court house & jail. And waited for any jury of my peers to convict me. Something similar happened here in B.R. years ago when a father shot the abuser of his young son as he was being led in handcuffs through the airport after his arrest out of state. A jury of his peers found him not guilty.

IDSI differs from rape by encompassing more sex acts, including penetration with foreign objects or sex with an animal.
It is a felony of the first degree to have deviate sexual intercourse with a child who is less than 13 years old even if the child gave their consent.
If the sexual act injured a child, you will receive punishment that is even more severe.
An individual who has IDSI with a child can draw a prison term of up to 40 years.
i just don't get it ... how a judge or jury can hear this case and not sentence the person to the maximum in jail with no parole, though no parole may not have been an option ... we laugh at sexual assault in this country, and quite often more so when it involves kids ...
