In MS they just hand you a questionnaire with about 10 questions. You check yes to the question if your are under 65 and have any underlying conditions including smoking and you're go to go. I took my parents and the National Guard drive thru vaccine location we went to was on point. It took 8 minutes from time of arrival to my parents getting a shot in the arm. You do have to wait the required 15 minutes after the shot. The whole process was flawless and fast. I figured we would have to wait in line for a while but to whole process took less than 25 minutes.

Actually I thought the evidence was not clear on this. Some studies suggest that smoking is beneficial.

Where did you get this brilliant bit of information? There were over 40,000 people in one trial randomly selected. There’s zero possibility anywhere close to every participant was perfectly healthy.

Governor Wolf is a power hungry jerk and has royally screwed up governing during this pandemic.
Example: The Tuesday before Thanksgiving he shut down bars, restaurants for 3 weeks. Then did the same thing for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Years. Took away the busiest time of year from restaurant owners after they had been suffering all year.
