I have met her. She used to date a friend of mine. My friend waited tables at Hooters.

PRAIRIEVILLE, LA (WAFB) - Troopers with Louisiana State Police (LSP) have made an arrest in a deadly hit and run wreck in Prairieville.
Just after 1 p.m. on Monday, August 13, authorities arrested Brittany Mackie, 29, of Prairieville, in connection with the death of Christian Martinez, 31, of Kenner.
Mackie will be booked into the Ascension Parish Jail on charges of negligent homicide, hit and run (felony), careless operation, and failure to report a crash.
LSP says the wreck happened on LA 73 (Old Jefferson Highway) just north of I-10 in Prairieville.
Tpr. Bryan Lee with LSP Troop A says a driver spotted a body in a ditch and called authorities.

Does any of this carry what vehicular homicide does(had she been drunk and stuck around the scene)?

I'll never understand how you can hit someone with your car and either not know or not care to even check. If you do check then drive away, you are just the worst kind of person.
