“One of the officers that was wearing his body camera turned for a period of time. We could not see what happening there but we do know that there were beatings going on because we could hear Timothy very clearly screaming and crying out for help,” said attorney Donecia Banks-Miley.
“There are still other body cameras that they have that have not been made available for us to watch and there are still facts out there that Timothy states what has happened. Some people believe and some don’t. It will always be that way until the video of the body cam is released in its entirety,” said attorney Jessica Williams.

That cop is a piece of shite for kicking the guy in the face while on the ground. He needs to go to jail and that should be the end of it.

That cop shouldn’t have ran up and kicked him like that. That was stupid. People like him are going to give the rest of the cops a bad name now because the anti-police people will assume the entire force is like that one idiot. Hopefully the protests stay small and peaceful

No doubt if true he should be fired, but if criminals with mile-long rap sheets are not going to serve time for the same offense, there is no reason the cop should either.

I went down there and didn’t see anything. Didn’t get out of the car and walk over there though and they had the area blocked off

I thought the new rule was that, If a cop saw another cop breaking the law, he had to stop him. Running up and giving him a boot to the head while he is peacefully laying there is surely not legal.
