My boss is moving on to a new position in a different company. He's been my mentor for sometime, and is recognized as one of the strongest leaders in our 30k+ employee organization. We'll maintain our connectivity once he moves on, but I would like to get him something to show my appreciation for the impact he has made on my career and development.

Ideas?
