All of the owners of 1301 Canal Development LLC will likely be liable but the Kailas guy is suspect. He scammed people in the road home project and supposedly funds the restoration project in Puerto Rico and that is as corrupt as it gets. Slimy guy

I haven't read through this thread but I would imagine the whole building is suspect..Wouldn't they want to bring the whole building down?

Supposedly a sub was fired after reporting some of the deficiencies and has a paper trail to back up his side of the story. That should be a good bit of evidence right there.

After they drop two heavy construction cranes on it, I sure hope they do.
Interesting they are warning everyone to stay away yet announced the drop time for Saturday noon. I suspect it will be much like Mardi Gras.
