#2 would be people who eat their groceries as they are shopping.

this is odd, but I do always try a blackberry and a raspberry before buying.. The berries are pricey and I hate paying $5 for berries that taste like crap.

Old folks used to taste a grape or two, not talking about that. I'm talking, opening the family size bag of Lays or a box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch as you go down the aisles.

I hear people bitch about this, but I never actually see it. There are probably some restaurants where it is somewhat expected for kids to roam a little. You know the ones with a couple of arcade games in a corner. Maybe it's time to reevaluate where you choose to eat if you find this bothering you a lot.

Yeah, I hate those people.
I'm very focused on not ever going to those kind of places.

Yeah I should stop eating at a place because people can't control their kids. Makes sense.

I don't see a problem here. I alway tip the waitress an extra $1 for helping to watch my kids while I relax.

Going out on a limb here: I doubt the OP was at a Chuck E Cheese.

If it's a family friendly type of restaurant and you hate families then yes, you shouldn't go to those types of places.

Only thing that's close to it in my opinion is letting kids scream their heads off inside of a movie theater and not taking them outside

Going to a restaurant, you run the risk of having people ruin your meal.

It's a risk that usually is worth it. Sometimes it sucks.

If you are at Chuck E. Cheese, then expect kids to be running around.

A nice place, parents need to keep their kids in check.

If it's a young child and they aren't really disrupting anything, it doesn't particularly bother me.

However when the kid(s) start bothering other people (touching them, crawling around underneath their table, screaming/making lots of noise, etc...), then the parents need to step in.

Regardless, parents, no one gives a shite about you dirty, drooling brat, so keep them in check while in a restaurant. You're the only one who thinks your kid is "cute" or "adorable". No one else likes them.

Neapolitan Pizza Place near me has had all sorts of problems. This isn't a Chuck-e-cheese type place. Its more upscale with a clientele that is upper middle class.

Beaten by White Rock's entitled parents, Cane Rosso fills in patio fountain

quote:

The fountain has been a source of frustration for the restaurant since it opened in May 2013. Designed as a beautiful fire-and-water feature, it featured a fountain and a gravel-lined firepit as the centerpiece of a beautiful spacious patio. But the fountain quickly became a health hazard as unsupervised children threw in rocks and dirt, or else climbed into the water, some wearing diapers.

As a parent I'm more flexible about this than I used to be.
However there is line that shouldn't be crossed.
Kids are going to be kids but when they are wild and parents do nothing and they fricking with other people.
No good.
