I'm not some dork off the street either, this is an informed opinion after 20 years in the QSR business.

And according to 'Outliers', it doesn't take but 5 years to become really proficient at something. You reckon he was totally excellent after 20 or just kinda slow?

He looks to be a bit mentally challenged, and suffers from a severe case of Napoleon complex.
Don´t you agree?

John Schnatter said he was set up.

Schnatter admitted he used the "N word" during an internal conference call on diversity training.

I believe him but he comes off in this interview as a tad narcissistic.

So he pointed out what someone else once said.
What if he'd quoted rap lyrics, instead?

Wait is that really the context? If so this guy is an idiot. Sure it wasnt racist but it was an ironic statement
That’s 100% the context and the PR firm didn’t leak it, they out right published it

I don't want the CEO of my company thinking there is any context where the n-word is going to be cool.
I'm not suggesting his "punishment" fit the crime, it is always a bad idea to use the word in any setting as a CEO.

I can’t believe we have non retarded humans in this thread saying there are words that can’t be said no matter the context
It’s like this is fricking Harry Potter with He Who Must Not Be Named
It’s absolutley embarrassing where we are

Except that nothing in Trump's phone call was illegal nor unethical. The dog and pony show you've bought into is a sham built on 3rd hand dramatized hearsay.

If I had made 10's or 100's of millions of dollars making shitty pizza, I would have already said "frick it" and went to the house. There's no way I would still be involved in the day-to-day operation. Simply getting richer wouldn't be worth the headache. But....muh legacy!

Would you advise your CEO client to say the word on a recorded line under any circumstances?
