I'm no lawyer, but I don't think this is a case of infringement since one is a sports website and the other is a drone delivery service. I don't think that would cause any confusion.

I'm going to suggest that they change the name to "pidgeon shites". Those things drop "packages" everywhere and I've already validated that the URL is available.

One uses the internet to deliver bullshite to other people. And the other is a delivery service used over the internet to deliver shite to other people.
