The Challenge tomorrow. I have a lat machine. Should I do lat pull downs with max weight with the various hand placements since I can't do the necessary pull ups or should I use a chair and iron gym?

If you don't like the chair, get a pullup assist. It really helps. Mine stays in the closet now.

Really? I've always been very skeptical about shakeology. The product just doesn't seem to justify its price.

For some people it might not be worth the price. For me it is. I drink that shite everyday. It's like a super soldier formula.

So I think after 3 weeks of this I think the Challenge is my fav workout so far..I notice next week is a change up...So excited to get that started now that the weight is starting to fall..
