I want one that I can just wipe clean with a clorox wipe or something. I hate when they absorb so much that they don't dry or anything and they end up smelling funky.

Hmmmm...I need some chalk too so my hands won't slip.

How about some WR gloves? Don't get much stickier than that.

Tell me about Insanity, bro. I'm thinking about doing it. How much weight have you lost? Are you dead 10 minutes into it? I really want to know if I have what it takes. I also want to earn that damn T-shirt.

How much do you love pushups and burpees and jumping over and over and over?

I hate burpees, but I'm really good at doing them. But, damn, I hate them so much.

Not sure how much weight I've lost. Was too embarrassed to weigh myself beforehand. But I can definitely tell I've lost weight (face is slimmer, clothes fit better), and my diet hasn't been spectacular.
Some of the warmups absolutely kick your arse. As for the exercises, it's all body weight. Lots of jumping, up-downs, burpees, plank runs, side to side plank jumps, etc. Just constantly moving. The Max Interval Circuit is the one that really kicks my arse. I average about 950-1000 calories burned in that workout (per the heart rate monitor; it's anyone's guess as to how accurate it is).
Summary: Mostly legs and abs, some chest and shoulders. The goal seems to be slim down and strengthen the core.

Baby is getting kicked in the face 100% of the time.

Yeah, diet is tough. I'm actually trying to gain weight now. I'm eating and eating and I'm actually losing weight.

I just need someone to give me a diet plan and tell me what to eat. If left to my own devices, it's banana for breakfast, sandwich for lunch, protein and PB&J for dinner - on a good day.

Get yourself a handheld noodle maker and use zucchini instead of bread pasta. Ground turkey and chicken instead of beef. Little things help.

See, that's the kind of shite I don't know. My juicer has a noodle nozzle, so I think it can make pasta.

Boom shoot me an email and well work out a full blown diet plan for you.
I take it your not following the Insanity nutrition guide too closely. Theirs actually a few really good recipes in there.
