Going buy a 5 & 10 LB ball. Did CVX this am with a 10 LB dumbbell. That gets heavy and akward with sweaty hands!

Ha, I remember my first P90X3 video. I did Agility X two days ago in Block 3 and I breezed through it. It was a catastrophe the first time I tried. You're going to kill it.

The Alpha cycle seems to want to target squats. That would be tough to double up.

Haha I feel like every day I'm going to await your review of each workout as I'm a day behind. God my calves are killing me after Speed 1.0.

I slipped last night, guys. Attended the Pelicans game with suite tickets. Too much food and a couple of light beers. I have the Challenge tonight...it will be brutal. I must get more discipline in my life.

Don't beat yourself up. Just know that if you want the best results, it's going to require a lifestyle change. Like Tony says, fitness isn't a hobby, it's a way of life. Eating right, sleeping well, and exercise.
