Day 3 of T25 in the books. Did Total Body Circuit tonight. I shouldn't have done any pushups yesterday. I did. It was stupid, but then again I didn't know any plank work was going to be involved--should have researched ahead of time. It definitely got me sweating. No way am I doing legs tomorrow at the gym. The Alpha cycle seems to want to target squats. That would be tough to double up.

For those trying to lose weight, have you had any success with intermittent fasting? Or is it best to eat breakfast, lunch and then supper?

So you ate 3 square meals a day? Did you just eat clean like no fast food or sodas? Or did you eat like grilled chicken n veggies only?

I don't recommend it.

Eat 5-6 small meals a day. Keep your insulin and glucagon levels at a nice steady cycle. Low glycemic foods limits insulin spikes and promote more fat burning and less fat storage.

Fasting will lead to rebound overeating and imbalanced release of glucagon. Leads to higher insulin spikes when you do eat.

I eat 5-6 times a day.

ETA: yep. Veggies, lean meat, some fruit, water. Grains I eat responsibly.

ETAA: and now Shakeology

I figure I should finish strong. Should I try to keep up with Sean? 40/18?

If there was a "final goal" of X3, beating Sean at The Challenge would be it. Good luck.

Is Shakeology really all its cracked up to be? I know many people who drink it and swear by it. Honestly, Im just second guessing it bc I dont much about it. Is it a protein shake basically?

It's so much more than that. More than 70 nutritious ingredients found from all over the world.
Antioxidants and Phytonutrients – to help detoxify and protect the body against free radical damage.
Adaptogen Herbs – to help increase energy and combat stress.
Prebiotics, Probiotics, Fiber, and Digestive Enzymes – to aid digestion and promote regularity.

I drink the stuff everyday. Sometimes twice. My wife drinks it too. Sometimes I think it almost gives us superpowers.

I eat when I'm hungry.

Tonight I ate bread for the first time in weeks.

I really like the paleo diet. Never starving on it

We can get you 30-50% off shipping, free extra DVD, and free personalized coaching with the program, basically like a personal trainer.

There's also a few combinatoin deals we can do with Shakeology that save $50-$70 when bundled together.

You're a doctor and your wife's a nurse. True OT balla...Us lesser beings can't keep up. That's a lot of dough on shakes.
