I prefer to fast because I like bigger meals, either way works though. Find out which way works best for you though. The 5-6meals speeds up your metabolism is BS though, but for many it works because it requires discipline. Carb cutoffs do work though.

I will say this, the main thing is most of you need to start cooking 95% of your meals and weighing everything and logging using myfitnesspal. Not knowing portion size is going to kill many of y'alls success, you will get discouraged and quit. Fact is 100% of the people on earth will not defy the laws of thermodynamics. So long as you do not have a hormonal problem anyways.

If you are trying to lose the use 50% protein/ 25% carbs/ 25%fat. If doing t25 you will Prolly be on the 1600 cal plan. P90x3 will have you higher but most trying to lose could get away with 1600 also. Keep your carbs either early in the morning kit before and after the workout.

Starting next week I will get more involved in this thread and start posting more on diet including recipes etc.

Not gonna be able to challenge Sean tonight.

Feeling sick. Don't know why, but stomach is killing me and I'm feeling the reflux. Probably the yogurt I had; I had been cutting out dairy and probably reintroduced it too quit.

I'm coming for your arse tomorrow Sean!
