Have you seen a YouTube video on how to use it properly?

No. It just took me a while to know how to use it.

I knocked out the Challenge yesterday and followed it with a 2 mile run. I haven't touched a weight in about 8 months so I have a ways to go to build back my upper body strength. My numbers were 15/8 and as my strength increases, I'll go up.

I'm about to make a run this morning. 8 more days until my first 5k.

I'm at the end of week 3. I was expecting more weight loss, honestly. I'm down about 3 pounds. I use a Fitbit scale that also calculates body fat. That number has decreased from 27% to 24%, so maybe I'm replacing fat with muscle.

I guess it's different for people. I've lost mad weight with X2.

UPDATE: I forgot to take a rest day yesterday, so I'll take it today. PAP Upper will have to wait until tomorrow.

I'm fairly certain I have patellar tendonitis (aka "jumper's knee").

I had to miss my first workouts of X3 this week. I was away for something for work and missed Monday and Tuesday. Talk about feel like poo.

Got home yesterday, did Challenge and Warrior. Incinerator this morning, then CVX this afternoon. Feel much better. Two weeks left of the Classic schedule.

I did the challenge on a Thursday; got 15/5. Took a week vacation in the islands, are like shite, minimal exercise. Did the challenge this morning; got 20/8.

I think my new workout plan is going to be beach vacations and good food. I'll keep everyone updated.

Had it. You have my sympathies. Walking down stairs was a "female dog".

Damn. Mine isn't that bad. I wonder if I have something else. All I know is that kneeling on a steeply pitched roof and cleaning gutters out for 3 straight hours is not an intelligent thing to do. I have been hurting for going on 3 weeks now.

To no one in particular.

Not sure if this will help anybody but it helps me keep track of workouts and what I eat during the day. Just fold it up in my pocket and write it down when I'm done. I never seem to remember with the smartphone apps.

At the end of the week, transfer everything to whatever you use to track your workouts/diet.

Just finished CVX (week 3). I hate it, but I love it.

Thanks. That's going to come in handy, especially when I do T-25 and X3.

I really like CVX even though my shoulders are killed with the movements. I usually start with an 8lb ball and go to a 6lb.

Did pilates this am. First time ever. I'm sure my core will be hurting. Got through half of CVX before having to stop to run an errand. CVX and Yoga tomorrow. CCC on Saturday!

YGM.

Spreadsheet instructions:

Sheet 1: put a 1 in the "# of days" column and in each column that you accomplish that day.

Sheet 2: daily diet/fitness tracker.

Sheet 3: compiles all the data in sheet 1 into a need little chart to see where you're lacking.
