I'm about to start 2-4 mile runs in the am and X3 in the afternoon. See how that goes.

The pullup assist band is amazing. It has made my form perfect. I highly recommend it.

I have some Asics blur 33 cross trainers. Great shoes if you are in the market.

I'm having the same issue with my knee. Started swimming to try to keep going, but it sucks. Makes me want to get back with the weights and doing plyos. Seems like I might be making it worse when I do that, though.

So, I think I pulled something in my right shoulder yesterday (happened after Agility X workout, not during). I am waiting to see the Dr., so who know how many days I will miss.

i'm like 95% sure it is my IT band and not my knee, but i still wear a brace for cardio/speed
i do the "turn" moves slower than the video though, esp the rotating lunges. that shite kills my knee
killed lower body today. closest to a "killing it"

yeah i bought one just for my IT band. and i do 2-3 other isolation stretches prior to working out
Posted on 4/16/14 at 11:17 pm to SabiDojo
none of it works, which makes me think it may not be my IT band
but when i do the isolation stretches and roal it out, it does 'hit' the pain in my hip. it's just not relieving the pain in the knee
