I have a question for the Dr. I'm in the 4th week of P90x3. I have a hernia unrelated to the workouts. I developed it sometime this past Fall. I want to complete the P90x3 Classic program in full before getting the hernia fixed. Mainly to lose weight, eat better, gain flexibility and balance, and tone (or bulk) up some. Is this the best course of action or get the hernia taken care of now?

What kind of hernia? If it's in the groin get it fixed. If it's umbilical or ventral you can probably get away with putting it off, but ask your surgeon his opinion.

The danger is getting the hernia incarcerated and killing off a piece of your bowel. That would mean no lifting for 6 months as opposed to 6 weeks. Probably better to get it fixed ASAP.

Took a step back this weekend w ballpark food and beer. I guess that will happen. Need to get my head on straight. Can't get results when your diet simply balances out your exercise. Gotta use this as motivation to take big leaps forward this weekend.

There's an old saying in the fitness world: you can't outwork a bad diet.

Bro, it has changed my game. My arms, my veins, and my freaking abs. I don't have to flex for you to see them. Unreal.

$120 base + tax and shipping which all comes close to $150. There's a few ways to save money on it though and get it as low as 108 to 130.

Email me if you want the hookup.

I have to get over the sting of my taxes that got mailed off today. How long does the $150 Shakeology kit last?

30 days.

If you ever decide to do a different workout, when you combine the two in a pack it saves a lot of money. Sometimes $80.

T25 pack are on sale this month too.

I had to mail my taxes off today too. Uncle Sam fricked me good.

Nailed speed 1.0 earlier tonight. First workout I can say that with. Feel great.

Lost 7 lbs through 2 weeks with a shitty weekend of eating between, ate much better last weekend so hopefully bigger weight loss this week.

Today is Day 3 of P90X3 classic. My legs are a little sore from yesterday's workout but made a 2 mile run this am to help that out. I definitely need to work on my leg strength.

Thanks, Dr. I'll make an appointment with my doctor and go from there. It appears to be located in the groin area.

So which is the better option for pullups?
Assist band - I can only do 4 or 5.
Pull up bar with chair.
Resistance bands.
I want the maximum benefit and feel like I'm falling short only being able to do a few with the assist band.
