Nah, bruh. We're cut from the same cloth. You just got a bigger piece of the cloth than I did.

You're tall and muscular, dood. I'm just normal height.

Yeah, I'm about to be done with X2, but this is my second time doing it.

I'm just messing around. Hoping this P90x3 and Insanity will get all that fat off the muscles.

Doing Insanity for the second time and eating right this time. My diet fricked up my results the first go round.

It should. I cannot wait to try X3. I'm going to order it before I leave on vacation.

I love that sheet you gave me.

Diet is what gets me. I don't mind the workouts at all, even look forward to most of them. wish it was the other way around though with exercising being more important. I love me some food though, chick fil a spicy chicken deluxes

Where you going on vacation? We just got back from Turks and Caicos. That place is absolutely beautiful. I want to get some property on the lesser developed islands.

Yeah the sheet helped me get my diet together. It's always in my pocket so I don't forget to write things down. I just never remembered to put things into the diet-tracker app.

Candy is my problem. There is no middle ground for me. It's either balls to the wall candy consumption or nothing.

Ahhhh, whelp. Mullet Toss will be badass too.

And I didn't pay for that vacation. Me and J tagged along with my parents. That place is expensive.

You should try 21 day fix and just do the diet part and do whatever workouts you want. I started it this week and it really makes you relook at your portions and what you eat. Started it Monday and already lost 2 lbs with it

2 pounds must be a big deal for you. I think I've seen a pic of you before and you look really fit already. Losing two pounds? Where?

Remember I'm tall...so I can easily hide any weight gain vs a more petite woman.

But yeah...I've gained a couple lbs since the wedding. Nothing crazy, but I'm trying to nip that in the bud and reach some goals I didn't reach before the wedding. I refuse to be the clichéd wife who lets herself go. OH HELL NO!

Get after it!

I gained 35 pounds in one year after my son was born. Never again.

Wow, it's been a really bad week. Not just busy, but bad stuff happening. I've missed workouts and had to settle for not so good food. Feel like crap now, but hopefully I can get back in track with the weekend.

That happened to me last week Dr. Basically only worked out once and ate bad all week. But I was just mentally not in it. I was depressed all week because of some horrible stuff that happened to a coworker.

I think all you can do in those situations is just allow yourself to take the week off. Sometimes your mental health is more important and I think if exercise and diet are only gonna stress you out more....1 week off won't hurt you in the big picture.
