I have BC Powder. It's not expired but the box smells like white vinegar. It was in a plastic bag. The whole bag smells like white vinegar.

Use Ibuprofen. BC doesn't have the same anti-inflammatory properties.

No it's not, but as long as they're not popping them multiple times a day they'll probably be alright.

So six days into 21 Day fix my wife has already lost 2 lbs (and really didn't need to lose any to begin with).

Pretty impressive for only 6 days in an already small woman.

What do you guys eat for a late night snack? I eat dinner around 6pm, so by 8pm I am looking for something. Last few nights I have done a glass of almond milk and a scoop of Isopure protein powder. Is that ok or should I forego anything after 6pm?

For late night snack, I either do a protein shake or a PB&J.

If you have a significant amount of weight to lose, don't go over your daily food requirements. You may just need to go to bed hungry.

Oh f those calf hops


I used the modifier for many of the moves.....ESP calf hops and those squat hops

Found out 21 day will arrive Wednesday gives me a few days to read over and shop and plan my meals before starting the following Monday.


Your wife on Pinterest? Tons of 21 day fix meal ideas on there. Also helpful tips on ways to use apps you already have on your phone to track your meals.

Should be an adventure working out in a hotel from Wednesday-Saturday.

I've done it before. Very doable. Plus all the other hotel patrons get to admire your pump.
