I don't know, but I can tell your posting is different. Much more aggressive. It's coming across as very strong.

I skipped the cake this morning. I did have about 10 beers and a burger with an egg on it this past Saturday. I hate myself.

I had 7 Toll House chocolate chip cookies last night and a coke. I felt like a complete fat arse. And the scale proved it.

I made 15 pounds of boudin and only ate 2 links total. I did skip my CVX workout because I was too hungover yesterday.

Well, did X2 Yoga tonight for my recovery. I really was apprehensive about my approach. I didn't want to mess up my knee. I figured I would have to stop halfway through or skip some of the moves.

I probably had my strongest yoga outing to date.

My knee didn't bother me one bit. Why? Because I foam rolled? It helped, but the reason why my knee didn't bother me is because I realized I do the yoga moves correctly. When you engage your core, you activate your glutes, thighs, buttocks, and abs. You don't feel the stress in your knee, even during Chair Pose and Warrior 2. Incredible. My range of motion was fantastic.

I also felt freakishly strong during the routine. I held Crane for almost 40 seconds.

Completed day 2 this afternoon. Agility X. I really enjoyed this workout.

Up next X3 Yoga for the least flexible person I know.

On day 2 right now. Did Dynamix on Sunday and Total Synergistics yesterday.

I am still doing squat, deadlift, and bench every week but these workouts look like they are going to be tough!

yea knocked out total body circuit this morning. Had me sweating like a whore in church.

i have been doing good since i got back in town sunday. Hoping i can make this 5 am thing a habit, especially with me graduating in May. its nice to knock out cardio first thing in the mrning and then hit the weights at night.
