I didn't feel like going to the gym this past week so been randomly picking T25 videos to do.

How's it going for you?

Starting over today. In an attempt to involve my wife, switching to the lean program.

Good. It's great to be excited about getting in shape...but sometimes your body interrupts to say "yeah, you need to slow the f down buddy"

When it does that...you better listen or you will seriously be hurt.

I hurt my back doing Insanity and I never completed the program because of it.

aight

took my 2 days off, but family stuff had me take 2 more and i haven't eaten well this week. such is life

i can't do the 5 days on, 2 days off stuff. i have to break up those 5 days. too much weight on me currently and too much wear and tear on the knees. i'm in week 2 (but i did week 1, twice, so it's total week #3) and it's getting better...until the breaks

Well I think as long as you do all the videos that week...doesn't matter of you do them 5 in a row.

With my crazy work schedule I always had to change it up. And many times I just did the double up video on a separate day.

Dr Tyger...that looks good actually. I'm ready to start the program and actually commit to it. I was sooo bad this am and had French toast from work cafeteria with sausage and hash browns.....I feel like a slug since

Foam rolled again. I can do single leg touchdowns on the left side again. I'll be good to go on Sunday, coach.

Lost 2 lbs in the first week eating kinda crappy, so that's enouraging

Question.....Finished week 1 this morning (6th day in). Tomorrow is rest day or Dynamix. So far it's been quite challenging but doable. Should I take the day off or do the Dynamix?

Sore but not killing me. Actually the getting up at 4 a.m. is the biggest pain in the arse

First week I did Dynamix. Sunday I took off. I needed a break.

Did Agility this am. Probably do Yoga tonight if I'm not saving lives. Also would allow me to sleep in later bc I need to be at the airport at 8am.

Dynamix is a stretching routine. If you're sore it would probably benefit you.

Yeah. I hear you on that. My in-laws came in town and I gained 6 pounds this weekend. Back up to 188. Luckily it's just water weight and it will come back off pretty easily, but it still stunted my progress. Next weekend won't be any better I would imagine as I am going to a wedding...
