No, I eat a big dinner. Just ate two turkey sandwiches for lunch. I'm not fat either. Kind of have a belly, but 5'11 190 ain't that bad. I gained 15 pounds once I started engineering. Was working in the woods before that, and was a solid 175

Mixed a Shakeology with my protein powder, a banana, almond milk, and water. I'm pretty full.

I think the vanilla is much better than the chocolate. Still trying to perfect how to make it good. Finally have ice cubes to use today.

Starting over tomorrow. I missed Yoga and CVX last week due to working 80 hours. Starting over and if I have to take the DVDs to work I'm not missing.

Finally had to alter my schedule today...got a tight back because of a round of golf on Sunday and I had to do Yoga instead of MMX. Maybe if my back loosens up I can do MMX later. :(

What do you guys do when going out of town? I'll be in Denver next week. Marriott does not have DVD players bc of the movie rental system.

Debating on bring a dvd player but would be great if they had a way to get them to play on my ipad.

Download or buy a DVD ripping program. Insert DVDs into laptop and rip them. Convert the files to .mp4. Place in google drive or connect iPad to laptop using USB. Download .mp4 files onto iPad. Watch.
